Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Project Intern based in Selangor, Malaysia.

The IT Project Intern will support IT-related projects, with a primary focus on ERP implementation and enhancement initiatives.

In this role, you will assist the project team in coordinating ERP project activities, including following up on tasks, gathering and documenting user requirements, liaising with consultants, supporting system testing, and helping to ensure timely project delivery. This position offers hands-on exposure to real-world ERP projects and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting ERP and other IT-related projects
• Gather, document, and track business and user requirements
• Follow up with internal users and external consultants on project tasks
• Support system testing, UAT, and issue tracking
• Assist in preparing project documentation and status updates
• Support the project team to ensure milestones and deliverables are met on time

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing project needs
• Basic understanding of IT systems or ERP concepts is an advantage
• Familiarity with project management tools or systems is a plus
