Job Scope:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls and various communication platforms, including WhatsApp and Messenger.
Provide detailed information about the organization’s products and services to customers.
Handle and resolve customer complaints and feedback effectively.
Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
Manage customer interactions and reviews on Google, ensuring a positive online reputation.
Deliver important information to customers through approved communication channels.
Requirements:
Compulsory: Candidates with skills or knowledge in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
Candidate must possess at least diploma.
Detail-oriented, computer literate, and proficient in Microsoft Office, and social media applications.
Proactive, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented, with the ability to remain calm when handling customer challenges.
Strong problem-solving skills, quick learning ability, and responsible.
