Tanggungjawab

Job Scope:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls and various communication platforms, including WhatsApp and Messenger.

  • Provide detailed information about the organization’s products and services to customers.

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and feedback effectively.

  • Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.

  • Manage customer interactions and reviews on Google, ensuring a positive online reputation.

  • Deliver important information to customers through approved communication channels.

Requirements:

  • Compulsory: Candidates with skills or knowledge in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).

  • Candidate must possess at least diploma. 

  • Detail-oriented, computer literate, and proficient in Microsoft Office, and social media applications. 

  • Proactive, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Patient, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented, with the ability to remain calm when handling customer challenges. 

  • Strong problem-solving skills, quick learning ability, and responsible.
