Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, has excellent communication skills, and is able to manage the sales process from lead generation to project completion.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. 
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable event management and creative solutions. 
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales reports. 
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits when required. 
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients. 
• Follow up on quotations and close sales opportunities. 
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project handover and execution. 
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. 
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs. 
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings to generate new leads. 
• Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after project completion.
