Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Project Coordinator di Mechmar Boilers Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibility:

• To provide administrative duties and operational supports to the department.
• To organize & coordinate meeting and record minutes of meeting.
• Work with manager on project tracking and document control activities.
• Monitoring and update daily project status and progression.
• Issuing payment certificate and progress claim.
• Develop & maintain filing systems to ensure are up-to-date.
• Assist in create and update costing of project upon request.
• Support and coordinate tendering process.
• Processing of invoices received, billing instructions and work order.
• Ensure report, SOP and requirements are compliance.
• Responsible to compile and keep safe record of Manufacturer Data Report (MDR) and Operational Manual (OM).
• Perform any other duties as assigned by HOD/superior from time to time.
• Responsible to manage and keep record and compiling all related document for ongoing and completed project.
• Responsible on DOE application from chimney. Coordinate and liaise with design department and project engineer for the application document drawing, APB form and etc.

Requirements:

• Must posses minimum Diploma in Business Management/Administration/Secretarial Science or any other related field.
• 1-2 years experienced as Project Coordinator is an advantage.
• Good communications skills and able to work in a team.
• Fresh graduates with passion to learn are encourage to apply.
• Advantage given to applicants who can start immediately.

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday (8:30AM - 5:30PM)
