Full Time JUNIOR - SITE ENGINEER Jobs, in Score EPCC Sarawak - Maukerja

• Interpret architectural and structural drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.

• Perform setting out, leveling, and surveying the site to ensure accurate positioning of works.

• Monitor daily site progress and ensure workmanship meets the required quality standards and building codes.

• Conduct regular site inspections and manage the "snagging" (punch list) process before project handover.

• Assist the Project Manager in developing schedules and milestones.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, site foremen, and laborers to ensure efficient resource allocation.

• Manage the procurement and delivery of materials, ensuring they meet specifications and are stored correctly.

• Identify potential technical bottlenecks and propose practical engineering solutions to keep the project on track.

• Ensure all site activities comply with occupational health and safety regulations.

• Conduct safety inductions and toolbox talks for workers and subcontractors.

• Perform risk assessments and ensure that Method Statements are strictly followed.

• Promote a "zero-harm" culture on-site.

• Maintain accurate site diaries, progress reports, and photographic records.

• Manage Requests for Information (RFIs) and track changes to design documents.

• Verify measurements for work completed to assist with subcontractor payment applications and valuations.

• Any other duties as assigned by Superior(S).

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, management or similar.

• At least 1 years of working experience in the related field.

• Construction estimating or finance experienced is advantageous.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
