Job Summary

CaryaZara is looking for an E-commerce Data & Business Analyst to analyse sales, marketing, customer and inventory data across TikTok Shop, Shopee, Facebook/Meta and our website.

The ideal candidate should be able to turn data into clear reports and practical recommendations that help improve sales, profitability, advertising performance and stock planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and combine data from multiple e-commerce platforms.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly dashboards.
• Analyse sales, net revenue, ROAS, conversion rate, cost per order and profit margin.
• Track product performance by category, SKU, colour and size.
• Identify best sellers, slow-moving stock and restocking needs.
• Analyse advertising, live performance, vouchers and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor new customers, repeat customers and customer purchasing behaviour.
• Identify performance issues, trends and business opportunities.
• Present clear recommendations to management.
• Improve and automate reporting processes.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Statistics, Information Systems or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiar with Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS and data cleaning.
• Experience with Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, SQL or Python is an advantage.
• Experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee, Meta Ads or e-commerce data is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to work independently.
• Able to provide business recommendations, not just reports.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
