Kerja Sepenuh Masa Warehouse Supervisor (3PL), Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di IP Group Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Lead and manage warehouse operators to ensure productivity, accuracy, and adherence to SOPs.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and ensure proper documentation of warehouse transactions.
• Coordinate with transport, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards within warehouse operations.
• Manage warehouse equipment usage, including forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Prepare operational reports, track KPIs, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Investigate and resolve warehouse issues such as stock discrepancies, delays, and process gaps.
• Train and coach warehouse staff to improve performance and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse or logistics operations experience, with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and logistics processes.
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in 3PL, freight forwarding, or distribution centre operations is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
