Kerja Sepenuh Masa QUANTITY SURVEYOR (Immediate Hiring), Gaji tinggi MYR 2,500 di PERINTIS KONSULT SDN BHD (Seksyen 7) Selangor - Maukerja

Pre-Contract Phase:

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) and tender documentation.
• Support in cost estimation and budgeting for projects.
• Participate in tender analysis and preparation of tender submissions.
• Assist in evaluating subcontractor quotations and preparing recommendations.

Post-Contract Phase:

• Prepare contract administration and management.
• Monitor project costs and assist in cost control measures.
• Prepare progress claims and variations for approval.
• Assist in the preparation of final accounts and project close-out documentation.

Site and Client Interaction:

• Conduct site measurements and valuations.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to resolve issues and ensure project alignment.
• Attend site meetings and assist in documenting meeting minutes.

Administrative Support:

• Maintain accurate records of project documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Support senior quantity surveyors in various administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in quantity surveying . "Fresh Graduates" are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
