Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Customer Service Executive di EVERGREEN MARINE CORP (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD Sarawak - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers’ call in a timely manner and ensure good customer service is rendered.
• Performing telemarketing weekly to solicit Shipper/consignee support.
• Preparing quotation of ocean freight to shippers/consignee.
• Managing booking, B/L, transport document and manifest.
• Proactively manage issues related to shipment delivery to customers & overcome all issues with customers.
• Handle and arrange system updates according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) & guidelines.
• Promoting E-Commerce (E-Booking & E-Bill of Lading).

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree, any field.
• Pleasant personality with good people communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-pace environment.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in the related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
