Kerja Sepenuh Masa Operations - Equipment Control Executive, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,000 di EVERGREEN MARINE CORP (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD Sarawak - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate end-to-end vessel operations, ensuring timely submission of all required port, customs, immigration, and regulatory documentation.

2. Liaise with port authorities, terminals, and government agencies to ensure smooth vessel clearance and operations.

3. Monitor vessel schedules, berth planning, and maintain accurate operational system updates and reports.

4. Prepare and manage cargo and compliance documentation, including DG declarations, manifests, and stowage plans.

5. Handle transshipment coordination, ensuring smooth container movement between ports and destinations.

6. Manage container operations, including inventory control, utilization, repositioning, maintenance, and special equipment handling.

7. Monitor damaged containers, coordinate claims, and follow up on recovery actions.

8. Process operational and supplier invoices, including freight, trucking, stevedoring, and vessel-related costs.

9. Support operational reporting, emergency response, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree, any field.
• Pleasant personality with good people communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-pace environment.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 3 years of working experience are welcome to apply
