We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Executive to our team. Whether you are a fresh graduate eager to kick-start your accounting career or someone with relevant experience and who are available to join within one month or on short notice are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and e-Invoicing transactions.
• Perform month-end closing activities, including journal entries and preparation of supporting schedules such as:
• Rental income and expense schedules
• Lease schedules
• Fixed asset schedules
• Expense analysis
• Tax computation and deferred tax
• Bank reconciliations
• Prepare and update weekly, monthly, and annual cash flow projections.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Assist in the preparation of draft audited financial statements and provide supporting documents for the annual audit.
• Prepare tax-related information for annual tax submissions.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 -3 year experience.
• Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of accounting software will be an added advantage.
