Job Summary: Ensure that operations are carried out productively so as to ensure profitability and sustainable growth

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Creating an annual, quarterly, and monthly strategy plan aimed at enhancing sales performance involves several key steps; monitoring and controlling execution, designing programs and challenges, and establishing quarterly goals
• Creating guidelines and work systems for stores to guarantee consistent operations aligned with company standards
• Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of stores within the region
• Performing inventory analysis for stores or regions to maximize potential sales opportunities
• Responsible for overseeing the opening and expansion of new stores

Requirements:

• Education - Preferably Bachelor or Masters’ degree from Economy, Business Administration, or Management
• At least 3 years’ experience as an operation manager
• Has excellent knowledge in retail operations and familiar with business development process
• Good sense of sports/fashion knowledge and trends
• Willing to work in a flexible schedule and is mobile
• Possesses good leadership and communication skills
• Computer literate in programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
