Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and prepare Monthly Payroll (Salary, EPF, Socso and etc)
• Conduct recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
• Promote and maintain the company’s culture, values, and teamwork.
• Plan and organise training and development programs for key employees.
• Handling daily HR tasks such as attendance, leave, and employee records.
• Support employee engagement and communication activities to improve team connection and morale.

Key Deliverables:

• Timely recruitment and smooth onboarding process.
• Preparing payroll on time and accurately
• Annual staff training and development plan.
• Positive employee engagement and culture alignment.
• Proper and up-to-date HR documentation and compliance.

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a growing SME or food manufacturing company.
• Strong people and communication skills — approachable, fair, and dependable.
• Able to handle both strategic and day-to-day HR work.
• Passionate about building a positive, growth-oriented workplace.
• Basic knowledge of labour law, HR policies, and HRD Corp processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
