Our Company is a growing Early Intervention and Autism Therapy Centre established in 2016. We provide structured and evidence-based intervention programmes for children aged 2 to 12 years old, including Behaviour Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Sensory Integration and Social Communication Training.

This position is suitable for individuals who are patient, caring and passionate about supporting children with developmental and special needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of students’ physical abilities, including mobility, muscle strength, flexibility, posture and movement patterns.
• Develop individualised physiotherapy intervention plans according to each student’s needs.
• Conduct therapy sessions and guide students through suitable exercises to improve their strength, flexibility, coordination and mobility.
• Support students in developing greater independence in movement and daily activities.
• Provide appropriate guidance on posture, ergonomics, injury prevention and physical activities.
• Ensure the safety, comfort and well-being of students throughout all therapy sessions.
• Prepare therapy schedules and establish individual learning or treatment objectives.
• Monitor students’ progress and maintain complete and accurate assessment, therapy and progress records.
• Provide parents or guardians with appropriate updates regarding their child’s development and progress.
• Collaborate with the Clinical and Operations teams to ensure consistent and effective delivery of therapy services.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy or a related field from a recognised institution.
• Good knowledge of physiotherapy methods, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy and pain-management techniques.
• Able to communicate effectively and establish positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues.
• Patient, compassionate, responsible and committed to providing individualised care.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
