Responsibilities

• Conduct sensory evaluation tests for food and beverage products.
• Perform basic chemical analysis in accordance with laboratory procedures.
• Assist in laboratory sample preparation and handling.
• Support cooking and product development sessions.
• Assist in compiling, recording, and organizing test data and results.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree student in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of laboratory practices and food safety is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
