About the Role
 
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing technology team delivering enhancements across a complex Salesforce environment.
Working closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners and business stakeholders, you'll be responsible for planning and executing test activities, validating new functionality and ensuring high-quality releases across multiple workstreams.
You'll play a key role throughout the software delivery lifecycle, contributing to test planning, test case development, execution, defect management and production readiness within an Agile environment.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts.
• Perform functional, integration, regression and user acceptance testing.
• Validate Salesforce configuration, custom development and integrations.
• Execute API and data validation testing where required.
• Record, track and manage defects through to resolution.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure quality throughout delivery.
• Support release activities and post-deployment validation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and documentation.

Skills & Experience

• Commercial experience as a QA/Test Analyst within Salesforce environments.
• Experience testing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud.
• Strong understanding of the software testing lifecycle.
• Experience with Jira and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Ability to write clear test cases and defect reports.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
• API testing experience (Postman or similar) will be highly regarded.
• ISTQB certification is advantageous.
