Finance Intern Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,000 in MAN Truck & Bus Selangor - Maukerja

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounts Payable:

• Assist in support AP team to ensure all invoices posted, paid and cleared on time.
• Support Accounts Payable invoices, payments and to notify vendors upon remittance of payment.

Accounts Receivable:

• Support Accounts Receivable invoices, receipts and generate monthly Statement of Accounts.

Finance Project:

• Assist in Finance improvement project (Digitalisation, workflow approval, etc).

Compliance:

• Follow up and communicate with various departments to ensure compliance and submission are all in order.

Administration:

• Perform administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, researching and data compilation.

EDUCATION, PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing Degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Applicant must be willing to work at Seksyen 28, Shah Alam.
• Internship for a duration up to 6 months.
• Special skills required: MS Excel & SAP FICO is preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Possess good interpersonal skills and soft skills.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
