Company Background:

We are representing a well known Logistic Company hiring Customer Service Coordinator to join the team based in Sepang/ KLIA.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end air freight export & import operations.
• Coordinate shipments with customers, overseas agents, airlines, and carriers.
• Handle customer bookings, shipping quotations, costing, and billing.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.
• Resolve customer and shipment-related issues while delivering excellent customer service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, airlines, and logistics partners.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate shipment documentation.
• Coordinate with internal Operations and Sales teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Oversee team performance and provide coaching and guidance when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM and above.
• Preferably with 1 year or above experience in logistics industries and good communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
