Responsibility

• Lead, guide, and train kitchen staff.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• ⁠Assist with menu preparation and daily food production.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Manage kitchen inventory and reduce food waste.
• ⁠Handle customer feedback and complaints related to food service and quality.
• ⁠Ensure the efficient operation of kitchen equipment and arrange for repairs/maintenance when required.
• Assist in preparing staff schedules to ensure enough manpower during peak hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
