Position: Careline Assistant

Working Hours:

• Morning: 7.00 AM – 2.00 PM
• Afternoon: 2.00 PM – 9.00 PM
• Night: 9.00 PM – 7.00 AM

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and provide assistance to patients, visitors, and staff.
• Provide information and support at the Careline and Information Counter.
• Manage call transfers, messages, and emergency announcements.
• Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication skills and pleasant personality.
• Able to work on shift rotation.
• Customer service experience is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
