Job description:

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on systems, equipment, or software.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Install, configure, and test new equipment or systems.
• Address technical problems efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Escalate complex problems to senior technicians when necessary.
• Follow proper safety protocols when handling equipment or systems.
• Work closely with other technicians or team members to complete tasks.
• Provide support to other departments as needed.
• Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills.
• Apply new knowledge to improve work processes and outcomes.

Qualification / Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, or technical support roles.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
• Proficient in installing, configuring, and testing equipment or systems.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices when handling equipment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and apply new skills.
• Physically fit to handle equipment and perform on-site tasks.
• Willing and able to travel from one station to another in accordance with instructions provided by the manager or team leader.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
