• Provide technical support to hospital staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and related applications.
• Monitor and maintain the hospital network, internet, Wi-Fi, and server systems.
• Perform system updates, antivirus management, and data backups.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents promptly to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with external vendors for equipment repairs and system maintenance.
• Ensure IT security, data confidentiality, and compliance with hospital policies.
• Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and service records.
• Support the setup of IT equipment for meetings, training, and hospital events.
• Perform any other IT-related duties assigned by management.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
