Role Description: The Operations Supervisor oversees day-to-day operations, including coordinating project activities, monitoring workflow, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards. Responsibilities include supervising and guiding team members, managing schedules and resource allocation, and supporting the execution of mechanical and electrical project requirements. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, resolving operational issues, and collaborating with project managers and technical teams to meet deadlines and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to lead, guide, and motivate operational teams effectively.
• Experience in Operations and Operations Management, including planning, coordination, and process optimization.
• Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify issues, and recommend practical solutions.
• Clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with team members, management, and clients.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical (M&E) operations or related engineering environments is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Tanjung Malim,Perak and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced project setting.
• Relevant diploma or degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with safety regulations, quality standards, and basic project documentation practices.
