Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,300

Location: Elmina Business Park

Job Type: Full-time, Overtime Provided

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and prepare basic reports.
• Record and update financial and transaction data in the company system (SQL)
• Verify transaction details and ensure all records are accurate.
• Support the accounts department with administrative and ad hoc tasks assigned by management as required.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience in administration, inventory control, or data entry is an advantage.
• Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets. (SQL SYSTEMS)
• Detail-orientated, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
