Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the tender process from invitation to submission.
• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Prepare tender documentation, schedules, and submission checklists.
• Source quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Compare and evaluate supplier quotations to ensure competitive pricing.
• Prepare cost comparisons, pricing summaries, and tender analysis.
• Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BQ), cost estimates, and tender pricing.
• Coordinate with the Engineering, QS, Procurement, and Project teams to obtain technical and commercial information.
• Ensure all tender submissions are complete, accurate, and submitted within the required deadline.
• Maintain tender records and documentation.
• Monitor tender opportunities through government and private portals.
• Assist in preparing company profiles, pre-qualification documents, and capability statements.
• Support contract administration and project handover upon successful tender awards.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in M&E tendering, estimation, quantity surveying, or procurement.
• Strong knowledge of M&E materials, equipment, market pricing, and supplier networks.
• Well-versed in cost estimation, tender pricing, quotation comparison, and budget preparation.
• Experience in government and private sector tenders is an advantage.
• Able to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BQ).
• Good negotiation and communication skills when dealing with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure to meet tender deadlines.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
