JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Able to declare custom form K1/ K2/K3/K8.
• Liaise with clients regarding import and export matters.
• Monitor the release of import and export shipments to consignees.
• Book transportation for cargo delivery.
• Coordinate with authorities for cargo and customs clearance.
• Liaise and coordinate with internal departments such as Accounts, Billing, and other Operations branches.
• Collect third-party bills to support documentation for invoicing purposes.
• Ensure the effectiveness of the Quality System and procedures in daily tasks.
• Monitoring deposit container.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Candidates with experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, or customs clearance will have an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Positive attitude, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to handle documentation accurately.
• Eager to learn and develop a long-term career in the logistics industry.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
