Role Description

• Provide dedicated administrative and business support to the Head of Region and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), including personal assistance to the Head of Region.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate appointments for the Head of Region and CFO.
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, visas, accommodation, transportation and itineraries for senior leaders.
• Coordinate visitor programs and meetings for local and overseas guests, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
• Support leave and expense claim administration for employees reporting directly to the Head of Region.
• Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including travel, leave and expense claim coordination.
• Assist with corporate events, meetings and other administrative projects as required

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
