Responsibilities

Operations & Service

• Oversee daily floor operations and ensure smooth guest flow, including opening and closing shift tasks.
• Maintain quality control and consistent service standards, and ensure food safety and hygiene are followed.
• Manage inventory control and collaborate on stock orders to support cost reduction goals.

People & Leadership

• Lead and coach the service team across shifts, focusing on team building and motivation.
• Create clear shift schedules and provide on-the-job training to improve performance and consistency.

Sales & Financial

• Drive upselling and guest engagement to improve average spend per cover.
• Monitor costs and support initiatives that reduce waste and improve profitability.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Approximately 2 years of hands-on experience in restaurant or hospitality roles, ideally in a supervisory position.
• Proven experience handling shifts, basic cash handling, and coordinating with kitchen and suppliers.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Team Leadership, Team Building, Team Motivation, and Self-Motivation demonstrated in previous roles.
• Practical skills in Upselling, Inventory Control, Quality Control, Cost Reduction, and general Hospitality operations.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic stock management is preferred.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear communication, guest-focused attitude, and a calm approach when the service is busy.
