Job Description ;

• Manage inventory data, update stock movement in the system and stock discrepancies generally.
• Perform regular stock checks, stock take and assist with stock count or inventory audits.
• Process stock replenishment as needed.
• Organize and maintain filing systems for invoices, receipts, delivery orders, and other store-related documents.
• Assist in ensuring the store complies with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Liaise with the finance departments for invoice processing and purchase orders.
• Assist Manager to provide accurate stock data for purchase ordering.
• Assist in Batch Monitoring activities.
• Oversee container handling activities (loading/unloading).
• Prepare, compiled and submitted various reports to the HOD.
• Prepare, compiled and submitted stock variance accuracy +-5% target.
• Performed various ad-hoc tasks to support daily operations.

Education & Background ;

• This position is urgent hiring. Prefer candidate can start immediately.
• Minimum qualification: SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
• At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative, production management or inventory management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Knowledge in SQL for stock management
• Honest, excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to deal with forwarder and transporter.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
