Job Summary

The Runner is responsible for supporting the daily operations by ensuring items are delivered promptly and accurately between departments or directly to customers. This role helps maintain smooth workflow, excellent customer service, and a clean, organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver food, beverages, or other items quickly and accurately.

Assist waitstaff or other team members during busy periods.

Ensure orders are complete before delivery.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.

Refill supplies and restock items as needed.

Assist with opening and closing duties.

Follow company hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety procedures.

Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Requirements

No prior experience required (training can be provided).

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
