• This project involves providing L1 voice and chat support as a part of Service Desk to one of the Retail accounts based out of Singapore. This role requires excellent communication skills to be able to coordinate with customers and other technical teams
• You will be interacting with international customers to fix technical issues and provide quality support.

Job Requirements

• Infrastructure technical support experience
• Willingness to work in night shifts and weekends
