Kerja Sepenuh Masa Building Executive, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,800 di SSRV (M) Selangor - Maukerja

• Assist in the day-to-day operations and management of the assigned building(s) to ensure a safe, clean, secure, and well-maintained environment.
• Conduct routine inspections of the building, common areas, facilities, and surrounding premises to identify defects, safety hazards, or maintenance issues.
• Ensure all building services and facilities are operating efficiently and report any abnormalities for immediate rectification.
• Supervise the performance of housekeeping contractors to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently maintained throughout the premises.
• Conduct regular housekeeping inspections and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Coordinate and supervise security personnel to ensure adequate security coverage at all times.
• Monitor security operations including access control, visitor management, CCTV surveillance, patrols, and incident reporting.
• Ensure security officers comply with site Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), emergency response procedures, and client requirements.
• Supervise outsourced service providers including housekeeping, security, landscaping, pest control, waste management, and maintenance contractors.
• Monitor contractor performance against service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 1–2 years of experience in facilities management, property management, building maintenance, or related fields will be an added advantage.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Building Management, Property Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
