Daily Sales Recording

• Collect and record daily sales figures for each Klang Valley outlet using Google Sheets.
• Verify daily cash collections.
• Ensure sales records tally with the Point-of-Sale (POS) system data.

Sales Verification

• Immediately report any discrepancies such as cash shortages, excess in the safe box & etc.

Expense Monitoring

• Record all types of expenses (utilities, maintenance, purchases, etc.) for all Klang Valley outlets in Google Sheets (template provided).
• Monitor expense levels and notify the Manager if any unusual or excessive spending is identified.

Monthly Reporting

• Prepare a monthly summary report of sales and expenses for management review.
• Organize financial data to facilitate review and further action by management.

Communication & Escalation

• Notify the outlet staff regarding any cash shortages or sales record issues.
• Promptly escalate important matters related to sales or financial records to the management.

Banking Duties

• Deposit the counted cash into the company’s bank account every workdays (Mon-Fri)
• Record keeping the corresponding bank-in slip/deposit proof.

Pay: RM2,500.00 per month
