Job Description

• Implement Group-wide Risk Management practices to ensure the adoption of best practices.
• Develop a comprehensive approach for anticipating, identifying, and prioritizing the portfolio of risks that impact the Group.
• Ensure timely and effective communication of all key risk issues, trends, and information to keep internal stakeholders updated.
• Support the maintenance and updating of risk data within the Risk Management System.
• Provide training on the Risk Management System and offer hands-on guidance to users.
• Assist in preparing Risk Management reports and / or meeting minutes for CRMC, BRMSC, GED and Board meetings.
• Support risk data collection and compliance tracking.
• Maintain proper filling and documentation.
• Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling and correspondence.
• Undertake any other as-hoc tasks assigned by superiors and / or management.

Job Specification

1) Basic Qualification : Bachelor Degree in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Administration or related field.

2) Experience : Fresh Graduate or 1 to 2 years.

3) Skills :

• Risk management strategies and operating practices.
• Enterprise risk, operational risk, project risk and or corruption risk.
• Governance tools & techniques.
• Understanding of business and project methodology.
• Critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with minimal supervision.
• Stakeholder management.
• Presentation skill.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,200.00 per month
