- Technical Service and Support: This position is responsible for delivering high-quality after-sales technical support, maintenance, and repair solutions for our Medical Products. The primary objective is to maintain device efficiency and optimize clinical workflow.
- Software Integration & IT: Essential duties include the end-to-end software integration and configuration during product setup. The Specialist must also possess fundamental IT troubleshooting skills to quickly resolve connectivity, network, and application issues related to our software products.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in technical support, software support, service engineering, or related fields.
- Positive and Cooperative attitude.
- Willing to learn attitude.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in hardware troubleshooting
