BIM Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate BIM activities across architectural, structural, MEP, and specialist systems throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the project's BIM Execution Plan (BEP), BIM standards, and workflows.
• Perform model federation and clash detection using Autodesk Navisworks and coordinate issue resolution with project stakeholders.
• Ensure BIM models comply with project specifications, client requirements, and company BIM standards.
• Coordinate with design consultants, subcontractors, and construction teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date BIM deliverables.
• Monitor model quality, accuracy, and data integrity before submission and construction.
• Support design reviews, constructability studies, and coordination meetings using BIM models.
• Generate and maintain BIM reports, clash reports, model issue logs, and coordination records.
• Provide technical guidance and support to BIM Modellers and project teams.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to facilitate efficient project delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant BIM coordination experience, preferably in data centre or MEP construction projects.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, model coordination, and clash detection processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.

Working Hour

Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5pm

Saturday 8.00am to 12noon

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
