Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Equipment Engineer (SMT Process- MNC) di JDA WMS - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of SMT production equipment and processes.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for SMT machines, including mounters, printers, reflow ovens, selective wave soldering equipment, routers, and other production equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment, process, and quality issues to minimize downtime and improve production efficiency.
• Perform machine setup, debugging, programming, and optimization to support production requirements.
• Monitor equipment performance, utilization, OEE, and process capability, and recommend improvement actions.
• Support SMT process control, yield improvement, defect reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare maintenance schedules, equipment reports, and documentation, ensuring compliance with internal standards and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
• Provide technical guidance and training to operators and technicians on machine operation and troubleshooting.
• Support new product introduction (NPI), fixture confirmation, and process validation where required.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, preventive maintenance plans, and company policies.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in an SMT manufacturing environment (fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience are welcome to apply).
• Hands-on experience with SMT equipment such as Panasonic NPM, DEK Printer, Reflow Oven, Selective Wave Solder, Router, SPI, AOI, or similar equipment.
• Knowledge of SMT process control, process configuration, SPC, and machine troubleshooting.
• Experience in preventive maintenance, equipment maintenance, process improvement, or manufacturing engineering is an advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
