Tanggungjawab

1.     Understanding the equipment function and monitor the process and operation of the equipment

2.     Responding to the defect of the equipment at real time during the equipment operation

3.     Handling of the wafer loading and unloading to the equipment after training

4.     To carry out daily equipment check list and monthly preventive maintenance after equipment training

5.     To maintain clean room standard, safety standard, quality standard and work with team engineer
