Your new company

Join a fast-growing APAC workforce solutions business helping companies navigate hiring, compliance, and cross-border expansion. As Branding Manager, you'll lead regional brand strategy, drive thought leadership, and directly influence business growth.


Your new role

  • Shape and execute the regional brand strategy to strengthen market positioning and category leadership across APAC.
  • Drive thought leadership and content strategy to build authority among HR and business decision-makers.
  • Translate complex workforce, compliance, and expansion topics into compelling and commercially relevant narratives.
  • Align brand and content initiatives with demand generation and pipeline growth objectives.
  • Create persuasive customer stories and proof points that support both marketing and sales efforts.
  • Lead content governance and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and markets.


What you'll need to succeed

  • 5-8 years of experience in brand, content strategy, or marketing roles within B2B environments
  • Strong ability to develop structured messaging and translate complex topics into clear narratives
  • Experience in professional services, HR, or advisory industries is advantageous.
  • Understanding of SEO principles; familiarity with GEO is a plus.
  • Proven ability to balance brand building with commercial objectives
