Responsibilities

• Assist the Business Development team with daily operational and administrative activities.
• Coordinate and collaborate with different units within the Business Development department to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Prepare business documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of business development activities and campaigns.
• Maintain and organize project documentation, records, and internal databases.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, and following up on action items.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic planning.
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth communication and workflow across departments.

KPIs

• Complete assigned tasks accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Ensure timely preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting documentation.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date project and business development records.
• Demonstrate effective coordination and communication with cross-functional units.
• Support the successful execution of departmental projects and initiatives.
• Deliver quality research and administrative support to the Business Development team.
• Maintain professionalism, teamwork, and responsiveness in supporting internal stakeholders.

Pay: RM500.00 - RM600.00 per month
