Full Time Senior Technical Project Manager - Digital Transformation Jobs, in Singapore Medical Group - Maukerja

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager with broad technical capability and strong delivery experience to lead a portfolio of technology and digital transformation initiatives.

This is a delivery-focused role with end-to-end accountability for project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, quality and business outcomes. The successful candidate will lead projects from planning through implementation and closure, managing interdependencies, trade-offs and delivery outcomes across the portfolio.

The portfolio includes AI, machine learning and generative AI initiatives. The role will work closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams across engineering, data, platform, security and governance to translate business priorities into practical, secure and scalable solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent technology and digital transformation projects, from initiation and planning through implementation, monitoring and closure.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, critical paths, budgets and resource requirements, proactively managing cross-project dependencies and constraints.
• Take accountability for project scope, timelines, budgets, quality, risks and delivery outcomes across the portfolio.
• Facilitate business requirements-gathering sessions and translate business priorities into clear, actionable project scope, deliverables and implementation plans.
• Manage stakeholders across project sponsors, business owners, internal delivery teams and external vendors, ensuring alignment on priorities, decisions, expectations and trade-offs.
• Manage project governance, including steering committees, status reviews, decision-ready reporting, risk and issue management, and change control.
• Monitor project expenditure and forecasts against approved budgets, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions where required.
• Coordinate and influence cross-functional delivery teams without direct reporting authority, driving accountability for commitments, timelines and deliverables.
• Establish and maintain consistent project-management standards, templates, reporting and delivery discipline across the portfolio.
• Drive the achievement of measurable business outcomes and benefits realisation, beyond project completion.
• Lead the delivery of AI, machine learning and generative AI initiatives in collaboration with data, engineering, security and governance teams.
• Ensure appropriate AI governance, security, privacy and safety controls—including validation, monitoring and human oversight—are incorporated throughout the solution lifecycle and before deployment.

What We're Looking For

• At least 10 years’ experience managing complex technology projects end to end, including multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Proven experience delivering healthcare technology and digital transformation projects within agreed scope, timelines and budgets.
• Strong ability to facilitate requirements-gathering sessions and translate business priorities into clear project scope, deliverables and implementation plans.
• Sound knowledge of Waterfall, Agile and hybrid project-management methodologies, with the judgement to apply the most appropriate approach for each initiative.
• Technical fluency to engage effectively with engineering, data and platform teams on system architecture, integrations, APIs, data flows and delivery trade-offs.
• Ability to assess and constructively challenge assumptions, estimates and solution designs, while identifying key risks and dependencies.
• Strong stakeholder-management, negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders, business teams, technical teams and external vendors.
• Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, expenditure and third-party delivery partners.
• Proficiency in project and portfolio-management tools, reporting and analysis.
• Highly organised, resilient and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in the following areas will be valued:

• Delivering AI, machine learning or generative AI initiatives from proof of concept through production deployment.
• Applying AI safeguards, responsible AI principles, governance and applicable privacy, security or regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted or agentic development tools.
• Holding relevant project management certifications, such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum or equivalent project-management certifications.
