Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Hospitality
Position Title: Housekeeping Supervisor
Working Location: Rochor
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm)
Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,200 + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Lead the housekeeping team, including scheduling, training, and daily supervision.
Prepare studios for move-ins and move-outs, including linen, towels, essentials, and cleaning.
Inspect studios, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas, and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
Maintain housekeeping SOPs and manage cleaning supplies, linen, and consumables.
Coordinate laundry, pest control, and cleaning vendors to maintain service standards.
Report damage, plumbing, and electrical issues to the Maintenance team.
Support Operations with move-ins, viewings, and events.
Conduct training, SOP updates, and weekly team meetings.
Use digital tools for checklists, inspections, reports, and incident tracking.

2–4 years of relevant housekeeping, room operations, or facilities experience in hospitality.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Experience managing service standards and audit results.
Comfortable travelling between properties in central Singapore.
