Our Client is a market leader within their industry. They have a well-established presence of more than 30 years. With rapid expansion plan, they are now looking for a Data Migration Specialist to join their team.

About the job

Your responsibility includes:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and implementation vendors to define the high-level data transformation strategy and object approach.
  • Lead the end-to-end extraction, validation, and reconciliation of master, open, and historical records from legacy architectures to a cloud-based system of record.
  • Manage data cleansing, standardization, and deduplication efforts to establish strict master data quality standards.
  • Coordinate regular mock runs, trial conversions, performance tuning, and final cutover execution (including delta loads and system sequencing).
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex data discrepancies during system integration (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) phases.
  • Ensure strict data traceability, maintain comprehensive technical operational runbooks, and guarantee compliance with internal audit and financial control frameworks.

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have at least 5 years of experience in Data Migration with a proven track record of moving legacy on-premise platforms to cloud environments.

Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is required for this role.

Strong hands-on proficiency with cloud-based loading frameworks, specifically FBDI, ADFdi, and REST APIs.
