GHL Operator (CRM & Automation)

We're an integrated marketing agency looking for a GHL operator to join our team and take ownership of client builds on 3rdWave, our white-labelled GoHighLevel platform.

The role

You'll work directly with clients to understand their problems, map out the right solution, and build it. Day to day, that means CRM setup and structure, funnel builds, tagging and segmentation logic, automation sequences, and WhatsApp flows.

The clients come to us with things that aren't working — leads going cold, appointments not converting, follow-up falling through the cracks. Your job is to diagnose what's actually wrong before building the fix.

What we're looking for

• Hands-on experience building in GoHighLevel
• Solid working knowledge of CRM, funnels, tagging, automations, and WhatsApp flows
• Ability to scope a client's problem and plan the build independently
• Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple client builds
• Curious and a genuine problem solver

We're more interested in what you've actually built than how many years you've been doing it.

Growth path

We're building this into a full department. There's a clear path from operator to running client acquisition for 3rdWave, and eventually leading a team of developers. If you're interested in that direction, let us know in your application — but the role stands on its own if you'd rather stay technical.
