Company background : The leading international manufacturer of industrial UPS systems with more than 75 years of experience in the market.

Job Scopes :

• Accountable for general warehouse task related to customer service and project.
• Coordinate project/spare part material picking according to picklist.
• Develop and implement a strategic plan to ensure subassembly readiness ahead of the deadlines.
• Ensure accurate updates of material transfers, charge-outs, and good receipts in SAP system to maintain inventory integrity and operational efficiency.
• Liaise with logistics team to manage customer orders and ensure compliance with incoterms.
• Supervise 3rd party warehouse material flow and communicate for the picking and packing requirement.
• Conduct cycle count and stock take in Warehouse and 3rd Party Warehouse.
• Verify and maintain the accuracy of Bill of Material (BOM) and assembly layout.
• Utilize the SAP system as the primary platform for managing transactions and operation process.

Job Requirement :

• Min certificate or diploma holder
• 2-3 years of working experience in Warehouse Management / Material Management
• Ability to work in shift mode (7am - 4pm & 3pm - 12am)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
