Job Title: Project Assistance cum Ops Admin & Operations Admin

Location: Shah Alam

Contract: 1 year contract

Salary: RM1800

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with work coordination, planning, and logistics.

• Handle documentation and report preparation.
• Support the immediate superior with day-to-day operations, project management, and human resource issues.
• Manage operational projects efficiently, driving continuous improvement to deliver best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the project section
• Implement project initiatives focused on cost savings.

Requirements:

• At least one year of working experience in a clerical or office management role
• Experience with logistics management systems is an added advantage.
• Preference will be given to candidates with previous exposure to handling highly confidential information.
• Willing to travel or work outstation; must possess a valid driver's license, own transport, and a good personality.
• Strong impact, influence, and analytical skills.Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills for diverse groups.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook, and general computer usage.Ability to work effectively within a self-managed, cross-disciplinary team.

Pay: Up to RM1,800.00 per month
