Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer, outlet, and sales orders accurately.
• Verify order details, including product codes, quantities, pricing, and delivery information.
• Prepare and issue Sales Orders (SO), Purchase Orders (PO), and related documents.
• Coordinate with the warehouse, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory levels and inform relevant departments of low-stock items.
• Follow up on pending, backordered, or delayed orders.
• Update order status in the ERP/POS system and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with customers and sales representatives regarding order confirmations, delivery schedules, and order amendments.
• Resolve order discrepancies, returns, and customer complaints related to order processing.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly order reports.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of all order-related records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
