MISSION The Assistant Master Data Steward supports the Regional Master Data Steward by helping maintain the accuracy, integrity, and governance of master data across the APAC region.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Master Data Maintenance: Execute day-to-day data entry, modification, and deletion requests for master data, while strictly adhering to organisational business rules within the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
  
• Data Quality Management: In conjunction with the RMDS, ensure integrity of data and compliance with global data governance framework.
  
• Compliance & Security - Support the enforcement of data governance policies, assist with internal data audits, and help safeguard sensitive information.
  
• Stakeholder Support: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document master data requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives.
  
• Project Support: Participate in ERP update regression testing for the APAC region and assist with various data-related projects, collaborating with internal teams to support business needs and drive continuous improvement.
  
  
  

Requirements

• An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
• Experience in master data management, data governance, or a related field, with an understanding of data management principles and practices.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess data quality and address data issues.
• Highly effective planning and organisational skills, with ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office at an intermediate level.
• Knowledge in ERP systems. Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to build strong relationships and work inclusively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
