The Role You will design, build, and maintain the data platform that powers trusted, analytics-ready insights across the group.
- Develop and maintain a Medallion Architecture Lakehouse on Microsoft Fabric and OneLake
- Build and optimise ingestion pipelines from ERP, finance, manufacturing, and supply chain systems
- Design and monitor ETL/ELT pipelines for accurate, timely data delivery
- Apply governance, access controls, and quality standards to keep data trusted and secure
- Translate business and IT requirements into effective, analytics-ready solutions
- Support platform performance, cost optimisation, and continuous improvement
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in data engineering, warehousing, or analytics
- Background in manufacturing or complex multi-system enterprise environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, SQL, Python, and PySpark
- Solid understanding of Lakehouse design, Medallion Architecture, Parquet/Delta formats, and dimensional modelling
- Experience with data ingestion via APIs, databases, flat files, or CDC/incremental loading
