Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop, and motivate Singapore sales channels to achieve company objectives and strategic goals
• Achieve monthly and year-to-date sales and profit budgets by account
• Follow up promptly on all sales enquiries and report outcomes accurately
• Identify new business opportunities and lead the development and launch of new product initiatives
• Collaborate with Management to set and agree on pricing levels and strategies
• Maintain and grow existing business while ensuring a steady flow of new business activities
• Deliver accurate sales and budget forecasts to support business planning
• Develop and update annual business plans on a rolling monthly basis
• Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy
• Respond promptly and professionally to external and internal customer needs, resolving issues effectively
• Apply strategic thinking to develop business opportunities in untapped markets
• Prepare and deliver presentations to groups of multiple decision makers across various segments
• Provide market intelligence, product feedback, and recommendations to R&D teams at headquarters
• Ensure timely and accurate management reporting in line with corporate expectations
• Represent the company appropriately in dealings with customers, local government regulations, and external relations
